Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, here's how returns work:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
